Official Rules

Kollel Ohr Moshe Monthly Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Kollel Ohr Moshe, a California nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, located at 5344 Garden Grove Ave, Tarzana, CA 91356 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except residents of New York and Florida. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to win a prize, but may submit a free entry under Section 4(b) on the same terms as any other entrant. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each monthly drawing begins on the fifteenth day of the calendar month and ends at 07:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the fifteenth of the next calendar month (each, a “Drawing Period”). A new Drawing Period, with a new prize, begins immediately after each drawing. The current Drawing Period is 08/15/2026.

4. How to Enter

There are three ways to enter, described below. All entrants, regardless of entry method, are treated identically for purposes of eligibility, notification, and prize award.

(a) Paid Entry. An entrant may make a monetary contribution to the Sponsor in any of the amounts listed on the Sweepstakes website, and will receive the number of entries listed for that contribution amount.

(b) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase or Donation Necessary). To enter without making a contribution, print your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3″ x 5″ card, and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ohr Moshe, Attn: Sweepstakes Entries, 1428 S Shenandoah St Apt 4, Los Angeles, CA 90035. Each properly completed card received during a Drawing Period will receive one (1) entry into that Drawing Period's drawing. There is no limit on the number of separate envelopes a single entrant may submit during a Drawing Period, provided each envelope is mailed and postmarked separately and contains only one entry card. Entries must be postmarked during the applicable Drawing Period and received no later than the end of the Drawing Period. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries will be void.

(c) Spin the Prize Wheel Entry. An entrant may authorize a one-time charge to a payment card in exchange for one (1) entry. Before your card is authorized, you will be shown the full range of possible charge amounts (between $1.00 and $299.00) and informed that the exact amount will be determined at random after you confirm the charge. Your card will not be charged, and no entry will be granted, unless and until you affirmatively confirm the charge after seeing this disclosure.

5. Entry Limits

There is no limit on the number of entries a single entrant may submit during a Drawing Period, whether by paid or free entry, other than as described in Section 4.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period, without regard to whether the entry was submitted under Section 4(a), 4(b), or 4(c). The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, or an independent third party engaged by the Sponsor, using a method designed to ensure each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, on or about August 15th, 2026 following the end of each Drawing Period, and, when practicable, will be livestreamed on Zoom.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period.

8. Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded per Drawing Period: Luxury watch, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10,000 and up, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on market conditions at the time of the drawing. No cash or other substitution for the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per Drawing Period, and only one (1) prize will be awarded per person, household, or address across all Drawing Periods in any twelve (12)-month period. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, and for any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return the required documents within the time allowed, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that Drawing Period, at the Sponsor's discretion.

10. Tax Reporting

Because the prize is awarded through a chance-based drawing, the Sponsor will report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service on Form W-2G, not Form 1099, for any prize with a value of $600 or more, and will request a completed Form W-9 from the winner before delivering the prize. If the fair market value of the prize, less the amount (if any) the winner paid for the winning entry, exceeds $5,000, federal law may require the Sponsor to withhold and remit a percentage of the prize's value; the winner will be notified of any such withholding before the prize is delivered.

11. Tax-Deductibility of Contributions

The Sponsor is a tax-exempt organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made under Section 4(b), where no goods, services, or chance to win is purchased in exchange for the contribution, may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Contributions made under Section 4(a) or 4(c) are made, at least in part, in exchange for one or more chances to win a prize, and the deductibility of such contributions for federal income tax purposes may be limited or unavailable. The Sponsor will provide a written disclosure statement under I.R.C. § 6115 to any donor whose single contribution exceeds $75. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

12. Winner's List

For the name of the winner of a given Drawing Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1428 S Shenandoah St Apt 4, Los Angeles, CA 90035, Attn: Winner's List, postmarked within six (6) months after the end of the applicable Drawing Period. The Sponsor will also post winners' first names and states of residence at watchnlearn.org, where lawful, for ninety (90) days following each drawing.

13. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including any malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, or website, or any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, and will be used only for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and, where an entrant has separately agreed, for the Sponsor's other communications.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that the law of an entrant's state of residence applies mandatory provisions inconsistent with the foregoing.
